All Foster's Pharmacy locations in Mount Vernon, Knox County, Centerburg Ohio are full service pharmacies with medical equipment, flu shots, home health, vitamins, and prescription delivery.

Kenyon College students can have prescriptions from the Kenyon Student Health Center or their home doctor filled and delivered to their Gambier, OH P.O. box. Just print out and complete this delivery agreement form and either take it to your appointment at the health center or fax it to Foster's Eastside.  (Don't forget to include a legible copy of your current prescription insurance card.)
