Foster's Downtown is our flagship store. We have been serving Knox county's prescription needs since 1954, when Dale Foster opened the business. We have been locally owned and operated since that time. Foster's was originally located on the square in Mount Vernon until 1997, when we moved to our current location at 207 W. High Street.  We have a convenient drive-thru window for when you are on the go or have sick children in the car. We also have the only FREE city-wide delivery service available 7 days-a-week.
